Policy overview

Refunds

Lorevik's two-hour self-service refund path is a voluntary convenience. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. The complete policy and responsibility split are set out in the Terms.

Content removal

Normal removal stops new sales without automatically ending existing licences. Extreme removal is limited to the narrow security, legal, and confirmed infringement circumstances described in the Terms.

Local-first boundary

Local workspace data is separated from creator-submitted marketplace packages and web account or transaction records.
